TCF are probably the only alliance truly welcome in the north and the south. IMHO they are the only warriors in the NC, and by that I mean they are more than willing to fight large scale battles (see 75+ fleets) solo or even or with less numbers. They don't wait for all of their friends to show up before they make a move.
I for one picked on them (cough, see trolled) when they first came to Vale, and I must say I was proven very wrong, they were and still are very effective foes.
TCF not only bring the heat, they bring a decent level of smack which usually is rather funny.
Unlike the new residents of Vale, TCF is more than deserving of "its space", and could both take and hold the space themselves.
I hope TCF doesn't just sit around and get fat on Dyspro, and still gets out and keeps sharp, don't let the habits of some of your NC friends ineffect you.

Originally by: Shadowsword We've known since the alliance creation that only alliances constantly at war could stay in shape, and we're not going to change that now.
This statement alone shows you really aren't part of the NC
a tout seigneur, tout honneur.

Originally by: Mei Han Why do you believe that we want your kind of "good fights"? Because you do? You might be 14 and used to get whatever you like. Welcome to the grown up world where you can have only what you can fight for.
Sadly your cynical world view is correct and typical of human nature. The ends over the means, regardless of the notion of fun in a game...I know, winning is fun...but the road to the win is often not.
No one would deny your style is not the most effective, I think Goons have proven without a doubt that this is the case.
The logical conclusion to this style is what we are seeing now in Eve, with two very large entities opposing each other with little to no room for anyone else. Most of the smaller groups (PL as an example) are associated with one side or the other, making it hard for someone to be neutral.
I agree with Mei Han that most people prefer his types of good fights, meaning there really isn't a mechanic that can be introduced to break up the huge power blocks. Its unfortunate that the recent patches have made small gang pvp a thing of the past(I mean 4-5 people as a small gang), leaving players with not many choices.
Small wars will soon not exist, soon it will be me and my half of eve versus you and your half of eve.
Too bad I say, take it as a whinge if you want, I think its more of an observation, as joining one side or the other is basically trivial for most pilots...some of us would prefer a different game play is all.

Originally by: Jejed Aerythis you're wrong, there is no more nano gay since the last patch and it's probably why tri/gf suck now
Always gracious...
When it was Tri/Atlas vs KIA/TCF etc...don't think you had such an easy time of it...guess you either have a short memory, or you are suddenly more awesome...like the rest of the northern pvpers...

Originally by: Veldya GBC had momentum after the fall of Deklein. For all intents NC - IRON, Pure and Hydra were looking down the barrel of GBC +G00fs and Tri. Numerically they were outnumbered and were being pressed on three fronts.
Something significant did happen. KIA and TCF joined the fray and they tied up Tri, who where performing hit and run operations outside prime time which were quite damaging and difficult to prevent given the round-the-clock pressure from GBC. G00fs pressure also significantly waned once they had Deklein, I believe they were largely mopping up left overs of IRON and Pure but they made no significant advances into Tribute or Branch, in hindsight it was a blessing in disguise as G00fs inadvertently protected the most vulnerable NC flank in Branch by just being in the way and doing nothing.
BoB's biggest mistake was hitting Tribute rather than just plowing through G00fs and going after Branch. Tribute is a fortress, it really has nothing going for it other than being probably the best region in EVE to defend from invasion. If BoB had gone from Deklein to Branch I think the war would have ended differently. Branch is a lot harder to defend and Razor would have had similar issues to IRON and Pure as they only recently had re-acquired western Branch from Insurgency, seriously doubt Razor had the kind of POS coverage in western Branch that MM had in Tribute. Tribute is also about half the size of Branch, a lot easier to cover a defense of 50 odd systems than 100 odd systems.
Very well said, and IMHO an accurate assessment.
